Recruitment Results for the 6th and 7th Editions of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme

The selection process for two new editions of the EU-funded Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills programme has been successfully completed, bringing a total of sixteen public officials from key Ukrainian institutions into the project’s second phase.
The EU-funded project Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II – Strengthening Ukrainian Public Administration for EU Integration is pleased to announce the completion of the selection processes for the 6th and 7th editions of the EU-funded Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme.
Following an open call held from 5 to 26 December 2025, and individual interviews conducted in January and February 2026, eight participants have been selected for each of the two upcoming editions. The selection procedure was designed to identify highly motivated officials whose institutional responsibilities align closely with the thematic focus of each respective edition.
6th Edition
As a result of this competitive process, eight participants were selected, representing the following institutions:
- Administration of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine
- Ministry of Energy of Ukraine
- Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine
- State Tax Service of Ukraine
- State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety
- Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
- State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine
The 6th Edition will take place from 1 March to 10 April 2026 and will focus on Cluster 4 – Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity. This edition marks the first group within the current project phase dedicated to this negotiation cluster.
7th Edition
The 7th Edition, scheduled from 19 April to 29 May 2026, will focus on Cluster 2 – Internal Market, marking the second group within Phase II of the project dedicated to this cluster. Participants in this edition represent the following institutions:
- Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
- Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovation
- Deposit Guarantee Fund
- State Audit Service of Ukraine
- State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control
The Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme is an integral component of the Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II project. The initiative is jointly implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin and the High School of Public Governance, in cooperation with the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, at the initiative of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. The programme is fully funded by the European Union.
