The fourth edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration started on 3 November 2025 at the College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw. The programme runs until 12 December 2025 and is implemented within the EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II (N4CB-II) project.

The six-week training focuses on the EU accession negotiations cluster “Competitiveness & Inclusive Growth.” This cluster includes eight chapters covering policy areas such as taxation, customs legislation, digitalisation, science, and research.

Eight participants were selected through an open and competitive process that included evaluation of applications and individual interviews. The participants represent the following institutions:

  • Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
  • Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
  • State Customs Service of Ukraine
  • Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
  • State Tax Service of Ukraine
  • Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine

The programme combines academic lectures, mentoring, study visits and analytical work. It aims to strengthen the knowledge, analytical skills and negotiation capacities of Ukrainian public officials involved in the EU integration process.

The recruitment process for the sixth and seventh editions of the programme is scheduled to begin in December, with further information to be announced later.
