Tailored Onsite Training in Natolin - 4th edition

The 4th edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme took place from 2 November to 12 December 2025 at the College of Europe in Natolin. This edition focused on the Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth negotiation cluster, which covers areas such as taxation, customs legislation, digitalisation, science, and research. During the six-week programme, participants attended lectures and discussions on EU policies and the accession process and worked on analytical assignments related to the alignment of national legislation and policies with the EU acquis.
The group included eight representatives from Ukrainian public institutions: the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
As part of the programme, participants took part in institutional group visits in Warsaw. Meetings were held with experts from the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW), the Representation of the European Commission in Poland, and the Centre for Disinformation Analysis at NASK – National Research Institute. The discussions addressed EU policies, institutional cooperation, and issues related to information security and public communication.
The programme also included a study visit to Kraków. Participants visited the Kraków Technology Park and the Kraków City Hall, where they discussed local economic development, support for innovation and entrepreneurship, and the role of local administration in implementing EU policies.
