Selection Completed for the N4CB-II Fourth Edition Programme

The selection of participants for the fourth edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration under the EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II (N4CB-II) project has been completed. The programme will take place from 2 November to 12 December 2025.


The open call for applications ran from 11 August to 10 September 2025. Candidates were evaluated based on submitted applications and individual interviews.

Eight participants were selected to take part in the programme. They represent the following public institutions:

  • Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
  • Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
  • State Customs Service of Ukraine
  • Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
  • State Tax Service of Ukraine
  • Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine

The fourth edition will focus on the EU accession negotiations cluster “Competitiveness & Inclusive Growth.” The programme is designed to strengthen the knowledge and analytical skills of Ukrainian public officials involved in the EU integration process.
